I'm from Pakistan & had an opportunity to visit New Delhi in 1999, it is really an immaculate city, the people are so loving, it is just the extremists that are spreading hatred from both the sides of the border else the majority wants the war & hatred to end. I want to say that the hospitality extended to me was really superb, one that i have visited half the globe, but didn't feel elsewhere. I wish my Indian brethren come to Pakistan & we treat them the same way. Pakistan India Dosti Zindabad.

The area like the one in the video is easily 25% of Delhi's total area. The rest is not slum, as you've mentioned. Delhi is underdeveloped only around its outskirts where encroachments exist, but that comprises barely a fraction of the city's total area.

U may compare it with New York, it is still greener. People in delhi are nice and well behaved, and Delhi is still developing. Delhi is also very monumental. Delhi is a very, very Ideal place to live in. Yeah, poverty is way too much in India, but even if you enter a slum, they will welcome you with a smile
