Astounding! It'll be awhile before I can do that. The dumbbell that I can do for 10 reps right now is only 75 lbs. What's your 1RM for push pressing a dumbbell overhead? Mine was 115 before I got injured.
@matthew2440 As everyone else said, that's a push press. He's still using his arm, but his legs are helping out a bit with the momentum. It's still a one arm dumbbell press, it's just called a push press. Not all movements should be slow and controlled (infact, in powerlifting, olympic lifting, and dinosaur training, fast power lifts are preferred).
