I live in Florida, and I eat living food too :) Raw fruits and veggies are amazing for you... however, I never really wanted to take Coconuts off random trees around here. Reason? Well if you take it off a persons lawn or, off the streets... people often times use chemicals on their lawn or sometimes fuel goes into the ground from the streets...

One thing people haven't Understood yet is how this kind of food effects The Mind.

i know because i been studying The Mind for like a Billion years.

food quality affects Brain chemistry, Mood, Memory, concentration, comprehension etc.

Food effects blood quality obviously very much, and this same blood circulates and Nourishes the Brain, so it makes total sense that the higher the quality of your food and eating, the Higher the Brain function

If you're eating the standard Usual typical American diet, your blood is loaded with Toxic filth, bacteria, Viruses , Pathogens etc.

That junk does affect ur brain
