So when she was saying fill your boots man she was basically saying have fun knocking down my school! lol! fill your boots is a light hearted expression (so work hard is a bit too serious for it)! Most expressions we have here are light hearted ones meant for either humor or sarcasm purposes! E.G taking the piss means poking fun/sarcasm at one another etc.

So even for an Irish person sometimes keeping pace with a conversation with another person from another part of the country is difficult! For instance I live in county tyrone and I have family in county galway and I have to get them to talk real slow so that I can understand what they are saying but Im sure thats the way in most countries!
