these things r really awesome, got mine yesterday and tested em out for about half hour lol, now i will say no cup/compression shorts r worth the kind of money u pay for em but ur balls r priceless! lol, the protection is amazing but im not used to the jock strap yet, eventually i will be, must buy if u got the money!

I've been training muay thai for 10 years, and this almost never happen to us. People need to learn how to low kick! -However, this seems like a great product for those that have opponents that can't kick :)
