  • Got a 1964 dime today from that same bank where I got the 20 Mercury dimes.

  • mercury dimes go to 1941 not 1946!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Where did you get the mercury dime??

  • did you get your barber and mercks at work

  • Went to the bank two months back and got 20 Mercury Dimes and the teller had no idea what they are! The dates are 1939 to 1945.

  • I got a roll of dimes one time at the bank to look for silver ones. I looked at the bottom dime and I saw a mint mark on the back and realized I had found a silver dime! I was so happy.

  • that hawaiian coin is beast, i hope to come across one in my day

  • Never seen a Hawian Dime. Thats awesome! Now I gotta get one of those. I did randomly find a One Centavo Penny, that reads United States Of America on the front. And has Phillipines on the back.

  • where do you work where you can pick through the register? i got a 1926 standing liberty quarter from Goodwill, and a 1945 silver quarter. Thats all I've ever really found though.

  • How did you get that Hawiian dime, and where did you get it ?

  • i was born in hawaii

  • i have a barber dime from 1888

  • Awesome coins!

  • what coins should i invest in. What coin value is rising the most.

  • Is there a special trick to finding good coins?

  • does silver stick to a magnet

  • I also have a 1903 barber dime :)

  • I have a mecury dime aswell, my oldest coin is a 1809 nickel :P :)

  • I have a $6 bill and a $3 bill.

  • really nice coins ! i wish i had them !

  • any 16 d in there ?

  • wow. cool.

  • A lot. They can be worth hundreds of Dollars in high grades.

  • 10 cents

  • Did you find the mercury dimes and barber dimes in circulation?

  • I found a 1941 Mercury dime in a roll of dimes my great-grandmother gave me. It was my first Mercury dime.

  • what is a dime is the same size as a guernsey 5p coin or 10p coin

  • An Amercian Dime is 17.9 mm in diameter.

  • my uncle calls them Bob Barker dimes :D

  • mercury dimes are worth more if they have full split bands on the torch on the reverse.

  • i have a 1948 dime.how much is it worth and how can i tell if its silver?

  • its' worth about $1.50 depending on its condition

  • All dimes were made of silver up to 1964, so yeah, it is a silver dime.

  • i have both a canadian nickel and penny.

  • i have a canadian everything, i live in canada

  • @greensmurf11,heheheh,i have three pennies,and 2 nickels

  • TING!!

  • Kinda of interesting, but these are all very common. And maybe not worth much.

  • All depends on silver prices.

  • how do you find most of your coins? do you go through dealers, were they passed down or did you just find them in change?

  • MOST of them I find in change.

  • how often do you get them in change?

  • @revensapprentice77 a good way to get old coins is ask when you go into a store or a bank ..... i get alot that way after they get to know you they'll save them for you

  • plese reply, do you have a canadian nickel or penny

  • Yes, I have nearly every Canadian denomination for coins.

  • i have a ton...why?

  • I hope you reply would a 1800's dollar bill be rare?

  • I've never gotten one, so they are certainly not common.

i also have an 1861 half dime

you can check them out in my videos :)

  • Have u seen Dime n Penny together? just point your mouse n click to my pennyondime95 u will see it! thank u

  • i have some dimes that arnt form 1964 or below, but make the same sound as the silvers do

  • Yes I have a Kenny half dollar from '67 that makes that sound. I think your dime and my half dollar still may be about 40% silver, not 90%.

  • you have a wonderful collection.

  • i have an 1944 mercury

  • Make more coin vids man!

  • Even though they are referred to as Mercury dimes the bust is not that of Mercury. I'd rather not say anything much further on that note so that I don't make people ruminate much about a rather obtuse concern but Mercury dimes are well famed in the numismatic world most notably for the 1916D specimens of any grade including G-4.

  • we got tons of the hawiiwan because my great grandfather moved from there with tons of them :)

  • i have a mercury dime in proof 63

  • do you sell any coins?

  • if you want to collect coins but need some sort of guide lines...you need to buy a "Red Book". It has info and prices on all of the us coins. Its really good.

  • It is great to have a red book to see what is out there, but the prices are not accurate at all as it takes two years to get the current edition in print.

  • I have one of those 1942 mercury dimes. What type of errors should I look for?

  • nice hawaiian dime

  • I GOT BUST DIMES AND ALL OF THE ABOVE

  • klink klink rather than clunk, lol

  • hey im a expert at coin collecting and im only 13. its not often you find someone who collects coins and knows wat thier talking aboutwhen it comes to coins. and you seem to know wat your talking about so i wouldlike to talk to you (over youtube) please commet back.

  • You say that but yet you don't point out how he's holding the coins wrong. I highly doubt you're an expert.

  • im 14 and before i even started collecting i researched for 2 months, and i dont consider myself an expert. Dont label yourself an expert until you have years of experience and reaserch to back it up.

  • i like coins

  • i got dime from 1944

  • I just started collecting coins i have almost all of the canadian small pennies and i didnt buy any of them i just fiund them i think that is more fun then buying coins throwing them in a book and saying ohh look what i got.

  • I have one of those murcury dimes

  • wow...

  • ok whats the most valuable mercury dime, cuz i got a whole jar of em and i wanna c if it worth anything

  • Years to watch for are 16d,21,21d,26s,31d, theirs also a couple 42 errors to watch for. But to answer you exact question the 1916d is worth the most, well over $600 in poor shape.

  • yeah... Thanks!!!

  • i've got a question,

say i've got a 1944 mercury dime, is it worth much, if anything?

  • It's worth just over a dollar. Not bad for a dime.

  • its not worth all that much you could probably sell on ebay for 2 or 3 dollars...now the 1916 mercury dime is worth around 2,500-3,000dollars (if its not dounterfit)

  • Just to clarify the 1916 is the D mint and that price you have quoted is in AU-50 or better.

  • o yeah ur right just the Denver mint is worth that much .....nice colection btw

  • I have seen all your videos. U have a great collection, i wish mine was as big. Also, do u know how much the 100 state quarter collection books will be worth in the future? Mine is almost filled up and i will probably have all of them in 2009 or something.

  • i have a murcury dime how much do you think it is

  • A common Mercury Dime in circulated condition has a silver content value of approximately $1.35 , Common Uncirculated Mercury Dimes in an uncirculated condition can be purchased from $10 to $15.00 , Scarcer Uncirculated Years can go from above $10 to several $100.00 dollars.

  • depends on what year

  • I have 3 1916-D Mercury Dimes? You want them>

  • I'll give ya $100 a piece for them :)

  • i have a mercery dime i got it from change but how u get all ur mercry dimse and silver 25c and u know noise from the silver u like i love that to get 2 silver dollars and drop 1 on the othere

  • Hey I have a Liberty Head dime from 1900. What do you think that might be worth approximately?

  • If it is P or S mint in average shape it is worth $7-$20. EF-40 or better is worth much more. And if it is the O mint (New Orleans) then it is worth even more than that.

  • Yep I checked and it's an S mint dime in fairly good condition. I think I'll hang-on to it for a bit longer ;D Thanks for your help and keep up the great work!

  • cool collection,I just posted a video on silver coins , take a look if you want.

  • not that good...................o well

  • what about seated liberty dime?

  • Wow nice collection of dimes, think i can buy of of those barber ones on ebay?

  • Everything is on Ebay :o)

  • lol i suppose

  • i have 7 mercury dimes

  • so do i

  • hey guys i have a 1853 coin from france parshly cleaned and i was just wondering if anyone knew how much i could get for it. if you do plz mail me on my account. thnks

  • The price of the coin depends on the rarity, they year it was printed, the material it is made of, the denomination of it, the grade quality of it, and whether it was cleaned or not. Take it to a coin dealer and ask how much it would cost.

  • Hi, One of my subscribers repoded to your videos, so I decided to check you out. I like your style man. I learned a lot about your coins. I had no idea about any of that stuff. Anyways nice to meet you. - - Whats up with Fartheraway420isPUKE? Is he a homo or what?

    Peace out-

    Captain

  • Thanks for the kind words :o)

As far as "fartheraway420ispuke", that would be one of the lovely haters that my snake video's attract.

  • Because snakes arent supposed to eat. The world is full of unicorns and bunnies.

  • lol

  • faraway420 is satanic. See THE SNAKEHANDLER to see a how a normal human being feeds a snake. By the way- the little creaton blocks comments from anyone who is against him. =pathetic little runt/Freak

the only potential he has would be to be turned into snake shit.

  • Not anyone, Just you.

  • "fartheraway420ispuke" your just a little jealuis skid who is to poor to get off your 500 pound ass and do stuff that the cool FartherAway420 can do!

  • This video is off the hook!!! Keepin' it silver an' keepin' it real. 4 sure! 1916 to 1945 is the BOMB baby! OMG 1911?!?! 1892 to 1916 barber dimes? Crazy! and the Hawaiian dime? That's keepin' it real!

    thanks!

  • Hawaian dime is cool, but everything else is too common to be interesting. You need some original, problem-free seated liberty and bust dimes in VG or better condition. There's a challenge!

  • 0:32 - Yeah, I had some silver coins too, and I would just sit and jingle them, I love the sound!! ^_^

  • that cool the sliver dime sounds much clear and i have nener see mercury dime thet better i think they should come bake and the hawaiian dime WOW

  • I have a mercury dine.. I personally think it is the most beutiful coin ever....

  • no offsnse but this bores me... nice coins! where can i get them?

  • Flee markets, garage sales, paying attention to change you get, ebay, pawn shops, swap & buy magazines, and coin shops are the main ways to purchase coins.

  • first viewing

    so proud lol

    i like all your vids

    sweet keep them up

  • Thanks :o)
