VIU was, until recently, Malaspina College/University. I think they have a pretty good reputation, and I don't think you'll have any problem finding work after graduating from there. I'm afraid I don't know what to tell you as far as earning potential goes, sorry. I think you'll like it here, it's a very nice place to live. Good luck with your schooling!
