I'm agnostic leaning towards Atheism. In my opinion Dan has been very respectful of his religion and that of others. He hasn't pushed his belief on anybody, preached to them, pushed it on them.

I respect Dan's want to have an atheist in the house because he'd just like to learn their opinion and life expectations, not change or convert them.

He's not my favorite to win at all, but you have to admit he's been very respectful and not at all pushy in regards to religion.

I had no idea YouTube was filled with agnostics and atheists, how come every comment that defends God and religious beliefs has thumbs down but such a disrespectful and ignorant comment such as the one ChuckyJesus666 made, who judging by his username is probably a huge satanist, gets 7 thumbs up? I am a christian however I don't feel the need to shove my beliefs down anyones throat. I do agree with what you say because in everything in this world we have extremes. @deanriam ChuckyJesus666's comment wasn't ignorant. As for disrespectful, why should he have respect for something as foul as Christianity? Respect is earned, not granted automatically just because someone calls their beliefs a religion. And why can't we ridicule ridiculous ideas? Paris Hilton was ridiculed for believing in Santa Claus until the age of 17. I fail to see how believing in god is any different. Both require a suspension of disbelief and a willingness to believe without questioning.

In my opinion it's a way for somebody to be a good person because they want to get to heaven, because many people can't do something good unless they get a reward. Some people use it because of thing that happened in their life and they want to find a way to feel happy about their lives. Or another reason, but mostly it's a crutch. Alot of people believe it to because maybe they grew up with it or it explains way things happen to them. I don't believe so I can't say for sure though.

Thoughtful response, but I must respectfully disagree. I don't think there beliefs do much of anything to control their behavior. Our prisons are filled with Christians, and only a very tiny amount, around 1 percent or less are atheists. For one thing, according to them, you're automatically forgiven for your wrong doing; so what difference does it make how you behave here on earth?

I Did say alot believe in it, but some people still use it in the ways I mentioned. Of course not everyone, but some people start believing in God for those reasons but never believed before. It's a way to make oneself feel better about them selves. Some people not everyone, nor the majority.
