Good for you. Only change your diet for health and the rest will follow. What I did was write down everything that went in my mouth even water for one week (very hard). Then work backwards by looking at what is not needed for my body. Soon I became a vegan (only for health... and to piss everyone off that hates vegans) I make sure to have Iron, Protein etc. and now with hard work I have a six pack and I would never go back to the way I use to eat. Good luck. however you decide to do it.
