Do the ghost babies grow up or no?

My sims were married, husband burned (me!), but I got the Oh My Ghost opportunity, and he's back. They had a ghost baby, and after she was born, I went to one of the other kids' families. Whenever I clicked on the family tree, the ghost baby was there but she didn't grow. I came back to the original family to find that the ghost baby was gone, literally. There's no sign of her, and I don't know what happened to her. I guess she's a true ghost baby now. -_-

@IfYouSeekMe22 when your sim dies make sure you move their remains outside so that its a tombstone and at a particular time at night the ghost will emerge. you need a cheat "testingCheatsenabled true" press shift and click onto the ghost and there will be and option "add sim to active family"

@Lisha27x first, you make the dad [if you want of course] then, you have to kill him by fire [if you want a fire dad, there is also electricty ghost,water ghost, ect] then you have to wait a while, then, when you get a call from the science lab so to speak, and you can bring his grave to the science lab, and they'll make him alive agian, just as a ghost
