It is because when the green ranger was in the MMPR season we were just getting bits of Japan footage mixed up to fit the US storyline. When DT came we had been making all of ours w/o using Japan for the clips.

the green ranger helm with siler was made for an episode of power rangers dino thunder where tommy was in a coma and had to fight his former rangers selves aka: Zeo Rangers 5,White and Green there was at least three other alterations to the green suit the holster for the dragon dagger was white instead of black and was on the wrong hip and the flute played a remix of the clasic dagger tune I have no idea why they changed those things though
