I am thankful there are groups of people speaking up for the stray dogs of Turkey and these terrible injustices. I am also thankful for people like those in the video who go to the wire to throw food over the fence. How can anyone permit this to happen? Especially those who are able to prevent it, authority figures should act humanely - the first requirement to serve in an official capacity.
