Hardly a race bike. It's got lights and a side stand. Looks like all other street SV's. It sounds good though.

The sv1000 is only made with the second generation angular frame style, not the round tube style seen here.

nice bike. but man if thats a race bike you really need better suspension. thing was way too weak for your bodyweight.

lol how the hell do you know he might not already have .95 kg springs and emulators up front and a 650 lb. spring in the rear or whatever would be required for his weight? And I agree with you, he should at least have a helmet on.

Thats the sv pogo stick front end and vtwin torque for ya! I've never bottomed out the front though, when you start on scooter that have essentially no suspension this is VERY raceable lol.

I am curious as well as to what exhaust system is on that bike... it sounds a lot like the Hindle I had on my 99 but is probably a bit louder on the rev up....
