The video title is misleading. That is what happens to a bot while they are logged into the game after the decision was made to ban them, not how they get banned. How they get banned is either someone from the game company detects them using third party programs, or someone reports them and they are found to use such programs. Dhuum showing up and killing a player is not what bans them.

Arena Net isn't really focused on stopping bots. IF I wasn't such a pussy I would get a bot for gold and titles.

As far as ban...you can be ban for pointing out bots too frequently. Found that out while playing faction late night. Where a lot of bots and leechers gather.

@Toadyru Wow. You expect Arenanet to do everything on their own? They do ban bots. Trust me I know. In the last 2 weeks I've taken screen shots and sent in many support tickets on bots, most of which were banned permanently. My estimate is at least 20 of them. I have also reported a few leechers, those who enter PvP battle and never do anything, and got most I reported suspended.

Guildwars has so many gold pits (Where high value items i.e ectos and platinum) are virtually destroyed. Through this effect, botters are not really harming the Guild Wars economy, no more than players grinding the same area day in and day out. As long as they are not duplicating the items (like they did with kanaxis and other extremely valuable items) then the economy will stay afloat. I don't support gold buying, merely stating facts.

Or why they added dying nightmares to UW? Those of us who farm (legitimately) were relatively few in number back then- for every farmer, there were 100 botters (and I'm probably being really conservative with that number). They destroyed the economy for quite some time.

There is no "suffering" in playing GW- Drok's armor is the exact same thing as FoW armor, as far as stats go. You are just as capable a player in Drok's as you are in Grotto or FoW. I bought the game today and got banned and killed by this character

I swear I never used a both, I bought the complete collecter"s edition and in the beginning of factions ( I was lvl 5 I sold a black dye ( some thing to color your clothes in black ) for 8platinums and 500 golds, a bit later I got banned , I have everything on video as a proof and will update it tomorrow, any help would be appreciated on how to fix this, thanks in advance guys ! :(
