Incinerator ash spread on allotments in Northern England (UK)

do you know what if anything has been done by newcastle city council to clean this up and if i have anything to worry about as i have an allotment in byker?

@fishingp99 Allotments across the whole of Newcastle were affected. However, the ash was cleared from the allotments, in 2000, as shown in the video see 01:30. The video also states at 01:55 that a register has not been set up to monitor the health implications of the ash disposal
