This performance is indeed a half-step down. On the original album yes it's standard, but this tour they've tuned down a half-step, no doubt to make it easier for Brian to sing the songs. Lots of older bands are doing that, look at the Zeppelin reunion show for example.

Just though I'd clarify that. I completely agree with you that it sounds good, totally fine in this tuning. I've seen them twice this tour and going for a third time in October. They sound incredible.
