Youre buying a Dishwasher? Go to Lowes and see if they have a special going on. The best deal you can get is the following combination (if they have them running):
1) Purchased on Lowe's Credit Card w/ twelve mo's no interest no payments
2) 10% off a particular brand
3) 10% off your first purchase on the card
4) Free installation via mail in rebate (usually only valid on items priced $497 or more).
Not sure in CA, but in TX we have tax free on all energy star items on certain holidays.
