  • @HomeSkilletForeva There are 84 more workout videos on my channel. Some require the use of kettlebells. Others use dumbbells. Others are bodyweight only. There is something for everyone.

  • @ShayHowe1milli Starving yourself isn't healthy and won't accelerate favorable body composition change. To lose fat you'll need to increase your intake of food. Eat a minimum of 1,200 calories per day while focusing on eating green veggies like spinach and broccoli. Also try to cut back on "processed carbohydrates." Processed carbs are things like pasta, cereal, bread, sweets, fruit juice, white rice and soda. They all shut off the fat burning mechanisms. Eat proteins: fish poultry and red meat.

  • @TheUltimateguy123 Cut back on your intake of "processed carbohydrates" like fruit juice, coca-cola, candy, bread, pasta, white rice, donuts and sugar. Try to eat protein with every meal. You'll get good amounts of protein from chicken, fish, beef, lamb, EAS protein shakes and dairy products. Put down the video game controller and get off the computer for an additional 60 minutes per day. Do squats, push ups, and hill running. Stop making excuses. Start making progress.

  • @CUENCADIGITALS To achieve your weight loss goals you'll need to be in a calorie deficit most of the time until you reach your physique goals. Eat a carbohydrate restricted high-protein meals. Research suggests that this is the most effective way to achieve weight loss. Perform high intensity interval strength training workouts on my channel. Go for 20-40 minutes, 4-6X per week.   • @AngelTheTigress You can do whatever you want to do. :) Jogging is fun. I like it too. However, if your goal is burning belly fat, the most efficient way to burn that belly fat and change the shape of your body is with high intensity, short duration, interval strength training like the workout videos on my channel. If you're overweight and want to lose weight, you'll also need to be in a calorie deficit. That means you'll need to expend more energy than you ingest with food. :)

  • @DjCPM718 Your daily estimated energy expenditure is 2,507 calories. Purchase a digital food scale and a plain notebook. Weigh all of your food, read the labels of the foods you eat and record the total number of calories in each meal you eat. Do not eat more than 2,007 calories each day. You'll lose at least one pound of fat each week by doing this alone. Increase the intensity of your workouts by decreasing rest between sets of total weight lifted and you'll have a six pack faster.   • I'm gonna try to add these 2 workouts to my standard weight training and cardio workout. I've gotten stronger in every way, even my stomach, but the fat around my belly just isn't burning away. If I start to see results I'll make sure to recommend this, and your entire channel, to my friends.

  • @TheNikOfTime Cool. Thank you for watching! If you increase the intensity of your workouts and decrease your carbohydrate and sugar intake at least three days per week you should see faster fat loss around the belly. The workout on this page is one of the lower intensity intervals.

  • @EliNR300 Do this, it works. Write down everything you eat, every single day. Buy a scale and weigh your good so that you know exactly how much food you're eating. It takes about 3,500 calories below your calorie needs to burn one pound of body fat. For six days each week eat no more than 1,500cals. Focus on proteins and veggies. Drink water only. Workout 20-40minutes daily. One day per week eat what you want. Stop thinking, start doing. You'll see results quickly. Questions? Good luck!

  • @EliNR300 Warm Up is 5 - 10 Minutes. Performing this workout for four intervals takes about 10 Minutes. Cool Down is another 5 minutes. You're already at 25 minutes just with four intervals. Do a different workout each day. There are 70+ workouts on my channel. You should be good for more than a year with that. If you don't have kettlebells here is a vid that shows how to make your own: p-TLA89gfTU Don't do any of the workouts/nutrition plan unless you have clearance from your doctor to do so.

  • @candykunis That's plenty of time to make significant progress toward your goal. You'll need a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day to lose one pound of fat per week. That can easily be accomplished by altering your food intake habits. You'll experience the faster weight loss and body composition change if you also perform high intensity, short duration strength training workouts at least 5-6 days per week. That's an extra pound of fat loss each week and 16lbs total fat loss by Sept. 1.
