When an attempt was made on his life he immediately ordered the death of 148 people, including dozens of children.
Saddam is guilty of the deaths of over 2,000,000 people. I'm not sure how many more he would've killed had we not gotten rid of him. He had nerve gas, which he used to kill about 180,000 people.
