This is a great interview....Aerosmith is a glam-big arena-rock and roll band that would seem to be the antithesis of punk, but I would wager that many punk rockers consider Aerosmith to be a guilty pleasure. It makes perfect sense to me that Henry Rollins would admire and relate to Steven Tyler because they have the same passion, work ethic, and world-view. In my opinion "Toys in the Attic" has a punk sensibility to it and probably inspired a lot of 80's punk bands.
