A Thousand Splendid Suns is AMAZING!!! One of the best books I have ever read! You have to give it your all but its so worth it. I've read The Kite Runner as well, Its superb but I personally preferred ATSS's story and style. By far the best book in that pile, and there are some great books you have there so that's saying something! Happy reading :) xx

Uhm, you should try reading Rachel's tears, It's about the Columbine Shooting. Passages from a victim named Rachel Joy Scott and her spiritual path kind of like messages from God telling her that it is her time to go, and I recieved a book called the great and terrible beauty, its the first part to a series. I have yet to read it but just by the cover it looks very interesting. Also, if you want to look for books for cheap I get a lot of my from half.com. Hope this helps anyone searching :)

I agree with Shrimp 320...Sarah Dessen is one of my favorite authors. I do think, however, that they are a little bit longer of a book. Not as long as twilight but I'm like you where I'm busy all the time between school and work that my reading time can tend to be scarce and it will take me a while to read a book.

I've read "My sisters keeper" and I've also seen the movie. I loved both of them. It is very similar but you will be stunned because the ending is absolutely diferent.
I've read all the nicholas sparks, there great but all similar in a way. The lovely bones is also a great book, but the ending is kinda weird, I haven't seen the movie yet though. Dear john, the book ending was better than the movie ending I thought, she didn't deserve john is all I'm saying! My sisters keeper the movie was actually really good, cameron diaz did a really good job I thought. Did you know that there is a squeal to the notebook book? Miley Cyrus did great in the last song!!
Most people who have seen the movie 'My Sister's Keeper' love it, but I didn't like it at all. I read the book first and it was AMAZING. It's now one of my favorite books. But the movie is awful and they ruined a great book. Definitely read the book, and I do not recommend watching the movie.
Oh my goodness! The Kite Runner is my absolute FAVORITE book. I recommend it to like everyone, haha. I read it with my english class this year then we saw the play. The play wasn't very good cos obviously they have to leave quite a lot out. But LOVED the book!

I love reading! Unfortunately, I don't really enjoy the love and drama book genres. I am more of a fantasy/horror girl :) So I couldn't really suggest any novels... Unless you'd like to read a different style! Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz is a beautifully written novel and definitely one of my favourites of all time. Brave New World, The Chrysalids, House of the Scorpion and The Bartimaeus Trilogy are all excellent books... and of course Harry Potter ;)
I recommend The Host! It's by the same author that wrote Twilight ( her name escapes me :O) But anyways... yes, great book! It was a little slow in the beginning but I got through it just fine. :)

Of all of those, I only really disliked the Last Song. I only made it halfway before giving up and I rarely do that. It was just very flat. You really should look into the Hunger Games and City of Bones :)
i cried when i read my sistsers keeper! You have to read the book before you watch the film. Some parts are missing..... Jodi Picoult has some really interesting books. I also liked "19 mins"!!

I adore your videos! I read The Last Song ( and loan it to my friend and never got it back ) and saw the movie. I thought it was great. Nickolas Sparks is one of my favourite authors. The house of night is really good. It consists of 7 books so far.
Um..... Harry Potter was AMAZING! Deffinitley my favourite series. I'm reading Pretty Little Liars right now. They're small books but I think they're very good. Also I loved My Sisters Keeper. Great book!

Nicholas Sparks is my fave author ♥ I live in North Carolina where most of his novels are set. the books are always better than the movies! The Notebook is a great book & also has a follow-up titled The Wedding (:

Sarah Dessen's books are amazing! My fafvourites written by her are, The Lullaby, Along for the Ride, The Truth about Forever and Just Listen. But I do like all of her books.

My Sisters Keeper is beautiful. Both the book and the movie are...also they are completely different! I read the book first and than I saw the movie and I was really shocked...but really they are sooooo soooo beautiful...sad but amazing!!

I've read "My sisters keeper" and I've also seen the movie. I loved both of them. It is very similar but you will be stunned because the ending is absolutely diferent.

I've read all the nicholas sparks, there great but all similar in a way. The lovely bones is also a great book, but the ending is kinda weird, I haven't seen the movie yet though. Dear john, the book ending was better than the movie ending I thought, she didn't deserve john is all I'm saying! My sisters keeper the movie was actually really good, cameron diaz did a really good job I thought. Did you know that there is a squeal to the notebook book? Miley Cyrus did great in the last song!!

Most people who have seen the movie 'My Sister's Keeper' love it, but I didn't like it at all. I read the book first and it was AMAZING. It's now one of my favorite books. But the movie is awful and they ruined a great book. Definitely read the book, and I do not recommend watching the movie.

Oh my goodness! The Kite Runner is my absolute FAVORITE book. I recommend it to like everyone, haha. I read it with my english class this year then we saw the play. The play wasn't very good cos obviously they have to leave quite a lot out. But LOVED the book!

my sisters keeper, is AMAZING i havent read the book but the movie is great so i can only imagine how well written the book must be... if you like mystery as well as love stories check out nicholas sparks book, its call the guardian.. its a VERY interesting and touching story.

My mom read The Glass Castle by the same author as the lovely bones and she loved it. And I tried reading the thousand splendid suns but it was too intense for me:)

I love reading! Unfortunately, I don't really enjoy the love and drama book genres. I am more of a fantasy/horror girl :) So I couldn't really suggest any novels... Unless you'd like to read a different style! Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz is a beautifully written novel and definitely one of my favourites of all time. Brave New World, The Chrysalids, House of the Scorpion and The Bartimaeus Trilogy are all excellent books... and of course Harry Potter ;)

I recommend The Host! It's by the same author that wrote Twilight ( her name escapes me :O) But anyways... yes, great book! It was a little slow in the beginning but I got through it just fine. :)

I've read the kite runner, it's an amazing book.. i finished it in 3 days.. it's kinda of a hard book to read, but it's really good. oh! and the movie is good too!

you should totally read the book called :the summer i turned pretty im not a big fan of books but i decided to read this and it was i great i finished all 275 pages in 1 day btw i saw the last song is was okay i think they should of chose someone other than miley tp play the part. just my opinion

@danyella1993 I LOVE THAT BOOK, the summer i turned pretty, cant wait til the last book comes out!!!!! and the only reason miley played in the last song was b/c the cyrus family wanted miley to play in a nic. sparks book. so the movie was written before the book. the book is so much better, theres no miley to mess it up

I saw My Sister's Keeper b4 I read the book. The book is good and it goes into more detail than the movie. They're both good. I've read The Last Song and I just saw the movie. I love them both so much. I recommend Just Listen and Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen. Those are some of my favorite books.

hey! i really reccommend that you read the Noughts and Crosses series by Malorie Blackman. They are seriously the most amaaaaaazing books ive ever read and all my friends love them too! its not a chick lit...more hard-hitting, but definitely a must! xxx

Of all of those, I only really disliked the Last Song. I only made it halfway before giving up and I rarely do that. It was just very flat. You really should look into the Hunger Games and City of Bones :)

i cried when i read my sistsers keeper! You have to read the book before you watch the film. Some parts are missing..... Jodi Picoult has some really interesting books. I also liked "19 mins"!!

i always like to read the books before I see the movie cause the books go into more detail then the movies obviously because if they fitted all the stuff in a movie it would be hours and hours long

the book to my sisters keeper is completly different to the movie. the book is so much better. read the book first and then see the movie. the movie is also amazing but once youve read the book you'll be glad you did it first. the movie is abit of a let down to the book, it doesnt do it justice! xx

i loved my sisters keeper and i loved it! but i read a bunch of comments about how people didnt like it. and read the book first. it was about 100000x better than the movie.

My Sister's Keeper is AMAZING and I highly recommend it- read it before watching the movie!!! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE The Last Song- I haven't seen the movie but the book was amazing. I've been planning on reading the Notebook for a long time so please let me know how it is! Have you read A Walk To Remember? If you haven't, I highly recommend it!!!
