I got this tablet for my birthday, 12/14/11, and love it. I had not reviewed it first and went to radio shack to get a kindle fire and the sales man talked me into this instead. It's hard to find accessories for it but what I really love about it is that it has word, excel programs and is really super fast. It got horrible ratings on amazon as most were comparing it to the ipad 2. As I have never handled an ipad 2, I can't make any comparison but it is great for what I use it for.

I bought one at radio shack for like $269. It works well with netflix and pandora. I wish easy tether would work with it but it doesn't. All and all, it's not to bad for the price.

@shantel0x get the acer iconia 7 inch...they cost only $249 at bestbuy, the hardware similiar with the $500 tablet and also running a new version android honey comb 3.2

Bah, I wish I could play Angry Birds on my T100>:(! Oh well, hopefully in the coming months I'll be able to save for and purchase the Transformer Prime :D! If I have to go budgeted, this looks like a pretty good choice ;o!

Also, are there any custom ROMs available for this and how's (if there is one) community behind this (In terms of tweaking, hacking, modding etc)?

HI, I was wondering if you could do some reviews of the Archos / Arnova tablets that you mentioned. I've been wanting to buy a reasonably priced tablet, but am having some difficulty making a decision. There's also the Le Pan tablet that seems quite nice, but no in-depth reviews have been made of it (as far as I know).
