Sara's Eid card idea would've been a far better seller than the environmental card Red came up with. Sara shouldn't have been sitting in that room at all. They ignore her and then blame her for not contributing, again and again. This episode showed that clear as day.

FYI, Kevin became a Bank Manager when he was 19. It's very obvious the only way he got that position is through some family contact because he clearly has no real skills necessary to land that position, especially at that age.
All his talks about Porsche and 2 houses is off the backs of a family member getting him into a posh job.
