I actually started listening to Michael Franks a little late in the game as I was actually into Brenda's work and found this song because of my collecting a body of Brenda's songs..In hearing When I give My Love To You, in addition to loving Brenda's vocals, I found the vocals of Michael to be pure silk.............and now, yes this performance with Ms. Nunn at the helm of the female vocals...stupendous! Then again, this song in itself is simply perfection.
