You can see in the footage before it the light on top, she is standing next to him in the dark and moves the digital voice recorder downwards and the light moves down in the dark and looks like an orb.

when Mark and Debvbie are doing evp's at 5:30, is states that they captured two separate evps. But it only reveals the one that states, I want to talk to Zak. What was the other?

It's odd, and proof of how you can be guided to what to hear and think, because without the text of the evps I am not hearing what they say the evp is saying, I hear a lot of cackles and crackling and that's it, no voices, no words, just static.

when the EVP says "they're back, what do you want" I bet you it was Elizabeth telling them that the evil guys/spirits are back at the hotel, and the fact that ZNA came back is going to put her in danger again which is why she said what do you want, like what do you want, why do you keep coming back. they even say that there is an evil presence that wasn't there before and it probably came back because of the first time ZNA went there.

i just cant trust the stiff Mark and debbie come out with and their evps ever since the started coming on this show i havnt been able to trust what the come out with. it just seems fishy to me. what do you guys think.

I think there is something going on with Mark and Debbie's recorders. I think their recorders might have some overlay capabilities where they can pre-record dubbed evps and can add them into live recorded material, which makes it seem authentic.

What i really dislike is when in episodes there are ghosts in distress and in need of help and we never hear how things turned out for the lost souls.
