Why is it marking poeple as spam when its not

I've actually seen several marked as spam when they aren't -- especially on "most viewed" kind of pages. I wonder if someone is upset about other people getting in their "most viewed" way? It's irritating, and I've started reading all spam comments -- Only found ONE *actual* spam!
