I have read in breathing qigong one must lock the urogenital region, lower abdoman and glotis (called 'The Three Locks') upon the end of inhilation. Should I be applying these with this qigong?
@Jonnyeth That would depend on what you are trying to accomplish. I personally wouldn't mess around with the bandas (locks) without a teacher to guide you. You can end up giving yourself a lot of unnecessary Qi stagnation and worse.
thank you so much!!! and my singing has improved too for some reason. must be the breathing technique that i've learned from practicing with your video. it's just amazing what chi does to your body.
I followed several youtube videos and practiced on my own, but i just didn't get it. I was just copying their motions and forms. But now I get it!!!! After practicing with you for several days. I am starting to understand what qigong is really all about and i love the breathing exercises. I think it is the integral part of qigong. Anyone who is starting to learn qigong. Watch this video and practice breathing. This is the best breathing exercise that I've come across on youtube.
why can you so much about this??? and if you dont mind so would i be very pleased if you could make a video only about chi because iam very interested in chi development and controling chi and i think youre videos are awsome!!!
