well, you have to make the right decisions for your specified character you play ToS with. Go to gamefaqs(dot)com, there is a walkthrough with all the paths for every main character. each one has 4 paths, one of them always leads to night terror (though you are not allowed to lose a single fight), look it up there with whom you can face amy.

How To Unlock Amy: Get an evaluation of "Clear" or higher in Beloved on the Easy difficulty setting in Soul Arena mode, or play 1,250 battles to unlock Amy. (Or use an Action Replay or similar code).

Note that she is not selectable in weapon exhibition mode. Only in battles.

It's a cheating or software modification program. You run Action Replay before the main game and you can enable codes for unlimited lives, unlimited time, unlock characters, cars, stages, circuits or whatever depending on the game. New codes can be downloaded from the web.
