i looove this stroller! when i got mine, they had apparently discontinued it AND it was going on sale the next week.. so because they had one left, i got two different discounts on it. its sooo great, going in and out of doors is so much easier with a stroller that moves so easily. ahaha
i can't decide between maxi cosi forey and britax b ready, i need single stroller only, what can you suggest for me? i do a lot of walking, i will will be using my stroller for walking i don't care about folding it.
I have this stroller and was wondering if there was an adapter available to use with a graco snugride infant car seat?? Or if anyone has figured a way to use another adapter?
@vsl9089vir it does not have an adapter for graco which really sucks i was searching for one for so long i would not have bought this stroller if i did that research before hand
I have this stoller, and I love it. I watched this review before I made my choice. The fold can be done easier, if you unlock the manual lock first, so that the wheels are open and then put up the handle. I also love that you can put the handle down when at restaurants and the stroller can be pushed right up to the table.
We purchased this stroller and LOVE it! The main thing we were looking for was a stroller with excellent maneuverability - this thing can turn on a dime, and fit through tight places in stores. It is sturdy and I've powered over rocky pathways with no problem with its big tires. Thanks for the awsome review!
Great stroller but after about a year and half the handle will not go down, its stuck.
Also the rear air filled tire ripped and I can't find a replacement tire which sucks! I emailed Maxi Cosi and have not heard back in 3 weeks. Not happy that $300 stroller is junk after a year.
@arainla I had the same problem. I called Maxi Cosi and they sent me a replacement at half price (I did not have the receipt). The warranty is for 2 years.
The three year old is about 37.5 inch (95cm) in the video. There are many, many options for a stroller that is great for walking around the city. It depends on the features that are most important to you.
How tall is the 3 year old girl in the video? My daughter is 17 months but she is already close to 90 cm and weighs about 14kg. Do you think Foray is good for my child? Or is there anything that you would recommend? I have a jogger but I want something smaller as what I do mostly is walking around the city. (I walk a lot so I think normal umbrella strollers are not for me. I am right?)
i heard that there is a problem with this stroller in terms of baby weight.
the car seat takes the baby til 4 months of age and and you can't put them in the stroller til they are 6 months old. is the true did anyone have a problem with this.... please help
@oneworld24 The Foray works with the Maxi Cosi Mico infant car seat that has a weight capacity of 22 lbs. Many infants aren't 22 lbs until they are past 6 months. If a baby hits 22 lbs before 6 months, in my opinion, it wouldn't be a problem to use the stroller seat with your child after that. So, I don't think there is a problem in terms of baby weight capacities. Thanks for the question! Best, Hollie
@BabyGizmoCompany not really and this stoller hold 50lbs .my baby is 9 months old now and he weights 21lbs. and he still uses the car seat , and its fine with me its lighter with the car seat than with the stroller seat. i still put him facing me. i love this stroller.it the best one i ever bought
Thank you so much for this video. We bought a floor model that had no instructions and could not figure out how to fold this thing. You made it look easy (Which now I see it is). Thank goodness for you and youtube!!!
Watching this review during my pregnancy helped me make my decision between the Foray and the Britax Chaperone system. Now that my baby is two months old, I'm SO glad I chose the Foray. It's go easy to glide and eases through store racks and narrow spaces perfectly. I love it! and it has not been a problem at all. If anyone has any questions about daily use, message me. Thanks Baby Gizmo for this review!!!
So, how much do mom's love the reversable seat? does that outweigh (in terms of importance) the lighter weight , compactness and easier fold of the Valco?
I have the Quinny Zapp but I don't like that it doesn't recline so I'm looking for something to use until my son is older. This one looks awesome! I am curious to know whether it reclines when my child is facing me as well as when outward. Anyone know?
i have 3 kids, i've had my share of strollers, expecting #4 was considering getting one, BUT looks like a lot of work to close it, sunshade should be adjustable to block the baby's front view completely, when baby's older and ur out shopping, etc., snack trays, cupholders, large basket, make the experience more pleasant, and accessories should be included, not purchased separately.
I just went today and picked up this stroller at Babies R us for 299.98. So, run to the store and pick it up!! There was a circular in the mail (10% coupon) on strollers that I used so.. It came out to 296.60 (NY tax included). BTW, you can buy it online for 299.98. It's a great stroller. Enjoy!!
As a Daddy to be - and having just come from Babies R Us, this video solidified my decision. One thing though is that BRUs said it retailed for $349 - where does one get $299 price?
After this video was made - Maxi Cosi raised the retail price of the Foray from $299 to $349. That is why there is a price difference. The stroller isn't available for $299 anymore unless you find it on sale.
I just love this stroller so much. The best thing about this is you could attach the car seat to it. My only complain is the canopy of the car seat is not long enough, but i sold it by buying a wider canopy extention "Protect a bub".

@BabyGizmoCompany That is really not true....Every baby has a different torso height and most car seats are outgrown height wise before weight wise.

tat2106 2 years ago
@tat2106 The Foray has the reversible seat which is great! But the Valco Baby Ion is lighter, more compact and has a much easier/quicker fold.

I notice that they don't sell cold weather accesories for this stroller, does the quinny footmuff fits with the foray?
ivyjill2478 2 years ago
@ivyjill2478 --There is a footmuff that goes with the Maxi Cosi Mico carseat. I believe you can use the Quinny foomuffs as well.
