  • Coloured ink is so different ... Best,

  • @cristobelle56 Thank you. It's bottled ink by Japanese Yasutomo.

  • @artvirtue I subscribe to your artistic works plainly to appreciate beautiful things and at the same time learn more about chinese arts and crafts. Your videos are always accompanied by very soothing 'chinese' music. I'm afraid as a chinese, I have not taken up any lessons on calligraphy, brush painting or music. Time is passing very fast which makes it difficult to learn these arts. I love erhu and guzheng music. Thanks you for the info about the coloured ink. Best,

  • @cristobelle56 Thank you, my friend.

I have been learning brush arts in slow patterns for some time since 1970's. My teachers encouraged us to practice slowly so as to avoid negligences and mistakes. One of my most skillful calligraphy teachers actually started after age 30... so we believe it's never getting late to learn.

Best wishes for your learning and progress.

  • @artvirtue thanks for your encouraging words. I will continue learning from your videos. Best,

  • @cristobelle56 Thank you.
