I'm going next week for a beano last went in 95 with a group of mates and we all came back hating eachother as there was 8 of us on the 10th floor in a lego block and needless to say a slight clash of personalities! An OCD hygene freak and a fresh passed out Royal Marine who was T-total and if he had his way would have had us doing PT every morning!! Ahhh the memories! Apart from that a top beano venue!

this place is full of British people. there are more Brits there than in the UK lol. literally, everyone i walked up to turned out to be from the UK. there is also more older people than younger ones. if you prefer the clubbing holiday with younger people then i think Torrevieja is better (although i haven't been there) but people recommended it for that type of holiday. Benidrom is better for family and senior i would say. i was only there for a day and thats what i saw.

Last August we went we took a day trip to Guadalest do recommend it to anyone going this year it is truely a lovely place and only about 20 minutes from Benidorm! Go on a free blanket trip you have to sit through a 40 minute matress presentation but it is worth seeing Guadalest

Have had many a great holiday in Benidorm, so many people put the place down but its one of the few places left where people can genuinely have relaxing days in the sun, and even better nights out. Continuing my appraisal! I am in Benidorm 5 or 6 times a year, and looking at this did, I admit, bring a tear to the eye, brilliant. One final note. Imagine Benidorm with a draconian smoke ban like we have here in our police state. Those goody goodies in Action on Smoking and Health, and our unelected Prime Minister and his cabinet of wimps and 'jolly hockey sticks' don't know what fun is. I would rather die in Benidorm in my prime than live to 100 in the UK!!!

Mark, what an absolutely fantastic piece of film. The beginning, that magic moment when you enter Benidorm. A clip of Tom Storey, (one of several Elvis tributes), who unfortunately has now returned to England - he won't stay long in this god-forsaken place, where the pubs and clubs are closing at an alarming rate, he told me himself, he will soon be back! Those stills at the end, perfectly coordinated with the soundtrack. Excellent stuff.
