The large fluorescent light on the ceiling appeared to have this same visual strangeness as your video except it was streaming straight down from the light to the floor, like rain. It depends on where you, as to what experiences you will have. I live at 151st in indpls indiana. You can breathe fine here most of the time. Clean air is very abundant. Ok. Similar to this video, the last house I lived in, I recorded a video. This was of my kitchen, from my living room. The large fluorescent light on the ceiling appeared to have this same visual strangeness as your video except it was streaming straight down from the light to the floor, like rain. It, oddly enough, looked as though it were pouring down rain, but faded. Have you ever heard of anything inside any dwelling or has it been limited to outdoors?

My theory that is shaping up is that there is a device like Super-Haarp (in colorado?) The device generates positive ions or it straight-out ionizes oxygen in the ionosphere (either way same result). The strange thing is that we will get a burst of oxygen (way over the normal level needed for normal breathing) and the signal will get stronger (more intense for awhile) and the oxygen levels will return back to the level they were before. The disturbance moves from west to east.

It depends on where you, as to what experiences you will have. I live at 151st in indpls indiana. You can breathe fine here most of the time. Clean air is very abundant. Some days if you drive just a few miles north to 216th st there are strange things going on up in the sky. Yesterday I watched a weird energy interference in the sky. Since there are no cell towers in that vicinity it has to be some other device such as HAARP.

Oh hey boots, I've been on the road watching this thing and I do have it tracked down to two possibilities.... 1. It outright ionizes oxygen with a microwave signal 2. An ELF signal is broadcast that is so strong that it raises the atmosphere up and over our heads very quickly. They do turn they signal off occasionally in certain places. but in order for mass to be changed, you have to add or take away...hence burning and moving it around...only changes the balance on the axial of earth. not the actual mass.

I am not sure what you are replying here to. Modification of UV is same as modification of the atmosphere in some regards. That UV strength is changing for a reason and they know it. Seems to me for it to be changing then the Sun has to be closer to give off a more harsher ultraviolet harm than years before. I forgot to mention in other reply. I also smell the chemical spraying at night here. It kind of smells like an oil like when they fill the huge oil tanks out here but not quite. its like the oil the put in the big tankers. but also like the pesticides they spray in houses. like a combo. but almost a burned smell to it. its not something i ever remember smelling other than spray nights. I have been around a mosquito sprayer at night. not the same smell. been at the tankers as it was filled. not the same smell. but the house bug spray is close. That brillant white those chemtrails do Do the Iodine test on yourself. If it takes about an hour to soak in your okay. If it soaks right in you are deficient, if it takes 4 hrs or more to soak in you are overloaded with iodine. They use anything that will bind to our DNA is my belief.
