  • Loved that game in 2 player coop. Sadly I never had Amiga or Atari ST so I've played it on PC 286 along with other treasure games (Gods, Cadaver, Cannon Fodder etc). If I could travel back in time I'd all I could to get my hands on Amiga or Atari ST back in their times of glory.

  • nice nice nice

  • it kinda sounds like a quentin tarantino movie theme

  • @BitchinVR6 theres a track in kill bill that has that same sound in it

  • @drgreedo

It's just an ordinary alarm sound to me.

  • Great game - a classic.

  • One of the Best Amiga Games! I got trough it! And i have an Amiga and this Game Oriiginal too!

  • the good old days

  • I started a fan page for Dan Malone (the artist on this game) on facebook recently, and via various links and posts I managed to contact Dan himself to talk to him about it, he was very touched his work was still loved...I mean, his work is classic! He even started to upload concept sketches from The Chaos Engine and also the original arena design for Speedball 2.

Search for The Incredible Art Of Dan Malone on facebook

  • Node Activated (cit.)

  • Amiga sounds good, I played the remake on the Genesis, it sounds even better, it was called Soldiers of Fortune and it kicked so much ass.

  • @scienceminded are you joking?? The amiga version much better than the genesis/megadrive

  • @warwick2155

Can we at least agree the SNES version sounds like shit?

I think this game could be remade today and it would hold it's own against modern titles with enough fleshing out.

  • @scienceminded yes I'll be honest the SNES version is awful, but the amiga version is clearly the best, music, graphics, sfx, the original name the preacher, not censored. but the megadrive version is good though

  • I blew a week's wages on an Amiga 1200 and booked the day off when it was delivered.....didn't regret it once because of great games (true classics) like this....

  • I want an amiga again!!

  • Chuck norris kicked this into my amiga

  • bad ass amiga music. bad ass amiga game. AMIGA FOREVER

  • @GoztR1der

Or we'll probably never get real entertainment again. Which is what I'm concerned about a bit as it seems like I'm right.

  • Shit man, now I feel myself younger with 15 years! Real Amiga gamers never dies, lol

  • This sounds like a Prodigy song.

The music in this game was amazing, i would love to hear some of the ingame music too!!

  • richard joseph is dead?

  • After being diagnosed with lung cancer, he died on 4 March 2007 aged 53 years.

  • @redcommando2 damn. A legend moves on.

  • sadly yes, such a tragedy

  • Man this takes me back!

  • Any chance of downloading this track anywhere? One of the best game related tracks ever!

  • Did Richard Joseph write this music?

  • Yes.

  • Not only he did it, but he also voiced the actions.

'Node Actived' etc.... it was its voice :'(

  • REALLY?

  • @redcommando2

no. I'm pretty sure it was those Joi guys.

  • I would just sit at the character selection screen for the music
