Nice clip, i frown to see peoiple calling this "good quality" karate, i agree totally withsplodgenessabounds. the kata i see from black belts in this clip has no hip movement? how are your bunkai going to have power if you hips don't move? now from what i understand Sullivan Shihan WAS a very good Karateka, disappointing to see it hasn't filtered down. those guys kata looks like kata practise in class for our guys.
Howmany in gkr actually understand the bunkai in the kata they perform or do they just learn it from videos . As for the kumite absolute shat.standing in lines punching air is not karate
