Gang culture is responsible for a lot of trouble in the hood, but this is definitely a suspicious police shooting. You gotta figure people scream at the police to do something,a nd they're too lazy and corrupt to do what really needs to be done, which is take out the truly rich WHITE drug dealers, so they just go out and shoot some guys. They could at least shoot some of the younger violent bangers, instead of a garbage truck driver. Cops as stupid as the criminals.
