The theory that autistic's brains are an advancement in an evolutionary process is an interesting one, and might possibly hold some sort of truth. The reason why I find this theory possible is because there is a nature about autistic people that makes them unattached from the physical world - where they are more inside their minds as opposed to inside the world. They *seem* to be like eyes, both looking inward into themselves and outward into a world that they do not resonate with.
@DayMare2000 No, I don't think so. I've always had the hunch that Autism is actually a form of mental retardation affecting sensory development especially. When will people stop beating around the bush and accept that!
There is a truth that kids have become more compassionate or accepting, but they also have a lack of discipline and lack of typical social engagement that was typical in the past anyway.
I love this guy at the beginning, but I like the message of this whole video.
when i am angry i also do not have the words. i lose all my words that i did have or could have. i also draw into myself. i wear ear plugs whenever i go shopping or anywhere.
Marty speaks so much truth... she explains things I feel but find hard to put into words. and that's not just because English is my second language. Neurotypical is my 3rd language and I'm still learning...
