The sound quality on the vid is poor but the info is great. I bought The Emotional Diet book and am a little over halfway thru it, and already experiencing changes for the better. I'm combining the stuff I'm learning via the book with Faster EFT and it's just working wonders! I told my sister I've never read a book this helpful in my life and she's already bugging me to borrow it when I'm done. :) Many thanks, Mr. Cashell!
