its definately legato he said he chose to do legato because it mixes very well to the ear with jordan behind it

Actually the final lick of the solo is strictly alternate picking, tough the wole solo before that is full legato.... dbage46 nailed it just great

@MrFluffay Alternate picking is picking up and down on every note. Legato is most pull offs and hammer ons after picking the initial note.
