There are a LOT of inspirational messages from Bishop T.D Jakes, Bishop Noel Jones, Dr. Jamal Bryant, as well as complete episodes of my favorite TV shows like "TV One's Unsung", "I hate Chris" etc....You'll also find videos of my favorite music artist's like Marvin Gaye, Enchantment, Al Green & Gospel Music !
"No Jacket Required" was an amazing album, but I wasn't as crazy abot the tour. Of all his concert home videos, this one is his worst. He shouldn't have opened it up with this song by any means.
Hey man this was a awesome song to start with. Dont start putting shit on phil in the way he does his shows. Hes one of the greatest muscians of all time and leave him alone. p.s Its alright was done perfect by phil.
Don't be so hostile. The man's just having an opinion and I have to say, I at least partly agree with it. Phil is a brilliant musical god, but even he staged less good or less enjoyable tours. Clearly Phil agrees with that, for two reasons: 1) Many songs didn't last on stage for later tours, and, if I'm correct, 2) this concert was never issued on DVD. The only viewable recordings left are these worn down, but for PC-fans worldwide, very important VHS clips. I say, let's treasure those!
Well, I would have said either "Sussudio", "Don't Lose My Number", or "Hand in Hand". Keep in mind, it was the tour for "No Jacket Required", which was in '85/'86, so he couldn't have opened with "Hang in Long Enough", "Something Happened" or "Dance Into the Light" 'cause those songs came out later.
Those were the days in the 80's! Some kickass music, but I love music from every time period. They all have their own special qualities.

What should he have opened with? I gotta know. What's your choice for Phil's set list? This is going to be good.....

I'm sorry. My question was rhetorical. And, I know when his material came out. Again, sorry for the confusion.
