@SoccerShadow thats not true. the council had to give special licence to marry it seems. There is book called "Rogue Planet" were this jedi took a break "to see how the force manifests in everyday life." She was married with kids. But for the most part you couldn't marry.

They do seem like father and son. Obi-Wan argued with Qui-Gon like a son would with his father. Obi-Wan cried for Qui-Gon's death like a son would cry for his fathers death.

Good, but one problem, Qui-Gon wasn't his father. I read the book Secrets of the Jedi by Jude Watson and it said they had a relationship like father and son, but they weren't. Obi-Wan's parents were unknown in the Star Wars world. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon grew up on the same planet.

I believe the whole "Father and Son" term is figurative for Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon.

They're not really father and son, it's just their relationship is so close you can label them as that. :)

Very Good Video and Interesting Song! The relationship between Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon was almost bittersweet at times it would seem? Yet Qui-Gon loved Obi-Wan in my opinion more than Anakin! Qui-Gon reminds me of my father so very much, that inner wisdom and patience to the point of aggravation. Sometimes I don't like qui-gon, because of some of the things he did to obi-wan. I thought it was crule to demand so much of obi-wan. But most of the time I like him.
