one question, how is it than most of this videos tapping seems so freakin' easy?I mean, not that I don't know how to tap, but for example, this guy taps these high frets and they sound pretty loud, when I tap on these high frets, it never sounds that loud, you can barely hear it....unless you pick it...though,good technique.

@darkdudironaji for one...fenders are pieces of shit. second of all...what you just said makes little to no sense. action is all based on personal perference. high action is actually prefered by some players. especially in spanish guitar players. nylon acoustic guitars are generally high action. secondly...the action on a guitar can always be adjusted...so if they made a "high action" guitar and didn't know how to adjust it...they shouldn't have been working for fender

i never said I couldn't play on a fender. i just don't like them. i don't like that for the most part they are all either 21 or 22 frets. i prefer to play on 24 fret guitars. i haven't researched fender very much so i'm not sure if they even make a 24 fret. i just don't like the feel of fenders and i'm not a big fan of the sound of single coil pickups.

the action of a guitar is the space between the frets and the strings, a high action has a lot of space under the strings and a low action is where the strings are right close to the neck

some people prefer higher actions but lower actions are easier to play, and require less pressure to get the note to sound

the "action" on a guitar basically applies to how far away from the fretboard the strings are set. when the strings are set close to the fretboard, less pressure is applied to achieve the note/chord you're trying to play. this is called low action. in reference to the gentleman above this comment...high action is not for queers. it's all personal preference. high action may be more difficult to play but it also provides a warmer tone. i prefer low action, but high action does have it's benefits

Looks like GraphTec (graphite material with so-called microballoons in 'em, filled with some sort of lubricant) string saddles, they reduce string-breaking and buzzing and the enhance the sound (don't ask me how).
