Hi D0RK M4N, I have Vienna Epic Horns, but the articulation switch is on the Mod Wheel, How would I change that to keyswitching as I would prefer it for compositions.
I just started using Kontakt after years of using Gigastudio. I converted my giga library to Kontakt, and wanted to make some new keyswitched instruments. This tutorial was excellent and showed me what I needed to know. Thanks.
I'm definitely going to make use of this CPU / MIDI-ports economical technique :D
If you wished to play simultaneous types with this setup, would you have to create two instances of your patch anyways? Because the Key-switch is only intended to swap between expressions of one single instrument performance, and not actually play several performance expressions simultaneously, correct?
@chamberlainpi Aye, thats correct. If you wish to play some of the articulations simultaneously you either have to load them seperately or just give both an identical key for a keyswitch action, for example the arco patch together with a gentle staccato patch on C#

is there a way to skip notes?
