We have run several test against Ka-band Ramet AD9 in Hungary, and all the RX65s (Intl and euro) giving even better results with vertical installation! It's more important, when those f..g boxes looking the BACK of the cars!!! Any other cheaper detector are useless :(
Fortunately we don't have here, only a few Multanova6 Fs.... It's time to the detector-manufacturers to build their detectors with H and V polarized antennas :D
@RDtestaaa Hey i have a question. when i bought my car it came with a radar detector that has k ka x and vg-2 laser and ultra but the Bs about it is that it doesnt go off when there is a cop coming. its so annyoing. so i was gonna ask you if its that the cop doesnt have the scanner on or that POS doesnt work....Thanks!!! =)
I think the difference between the Intl and the euro version is on the noise-cancelling threshold... In Europe we are "using" weak K and Ka band radars, so the european RX65 has lower limit to alert... And to the Ka band : of course the narrow-band frequency sweeping makes it more "sensitive"
There is no doubt - RX65e is better on K - it's confirmed by many experiences with RX65, V995 and X50. RX65e has Ka Narrow - here we had got KaN1=34.00GHz and KaN2=34.30GHz (+/- 100MHz) so the difference on Ka is even bigger. But why it affects performance on K? I have no idea. But it works!
can I buy Beltronics RX-65E online? do u have website?
thanks

Yeah, you're right. But if you meet Multaradar C with vertically mounted detector, you're toasted!

@campgirl1994
You need to remember that have RADAR detector, not COP detector. If cop doesn't use radar, there is nothing to detect.

mam RX65 i 400 metrów wystarcza by zwolnić. Mógłby ten RX65 byc czulszy na ramera AD9T ale mozna sobie poradzić.

Kolego napisałeś po angielsku z błędem. Nie ma takiego czegoś jak "had got" jest "had" albo "have had".

Had got - past form of have got. But I agree that the "got" could be omitted from that sentence, without changing the meaning.
I see in turn that your polish is quite well. Good job. You should only work on word order and punctuation and everything will be ok.
Anyway, don't you think that grammar comment on a Radar Detectors channel is pathetic?
