Ok, this is what people don't understand about the stimulus, and I'll even use the ATV track as an example.
-When you build the ATV track, people are employed to do that.
-People in the area will start buying ATV's
-Companies will start sponsoring ATV events
-The ATV track will draw riders from the region, possibly the nation, or world, for events, and they will spend their money in the community
Are any of those things unrealistic? Or are they probably all likely to happen?
