How did you make the Hair. can you please explain the process?

@weirdstrokes It's alpha poly hair.

1. Lay strips of polys to the shape of your hair style you want

2. Create hair texture by painting strokes in 2d program.

(Paint transparency in the alpha channel - white is normally opaque)

3. Create UV's coordinates and apply your hair image.

Doing it is easy the hard part is the balance of all the elements.
