Oh, the host is so dignified. Seriously, he has a very strange chemistry with James here. He's not being friendly at all. You don't have to be friendly toward just anybody, but as a host talking to his guest this is inexcusable. James is doing his best trying to be cordial and chummy, and I feel this host is just trying to figure out ways to tackle him down from the beginning . I think he's full on threatened by Blunt. I'm a fan of Blunt but not that big a fan, and I just detest this man.
@wasilaify I think it is a guy thing. Two men and a woman leads to them fighting over her attention. Like psychological warfare. It is an unconscious thing men do. Blunt naturally doesn't need to, he has the upper hand right from the beginning. But the host feels threatened, not just because Blunt automatically gets women's attention, but also because he knows the female co-host from before. So he feels like Blunt is stepping on his turf or invading his "property". It's evolutionary psychology.
whilst i can't do with his music (mainly his songwrecking voice) he had a good sense of humour, however if his idea is to come back with a new bad boy fuck-you-I-won't-do-what-you-tell-me image, sunday morning cookery show television is not the ideal place to do it.
