I don't thing that this would make your wireless internet faster. It may only improve the wireless signal to your Wireless devices.

Ok, sorry for being a noob bust i thought i ask anyways. I have windows 7 on my laptop and i notice that my wireless speed goes from 54,48,36,24 and goes back and forth. My laptop has a wireless n wifi and so does my router. It is a belkin N+ wireless router and my speed goes down everyday. My signal is strong or would lose at least 1 bar (rarely 2) and there are like 6 other wireless networks near my apartment....would this really help my speed wirelessly for my lapotp?

how many people or computers are using your internet? if someone else is using your internet as well, it will make your signal unstable. but if you arent than try using this idea in the video but on your wireless router as well, they both work. have both antennas aiming towards eachother for better signals. Let me know if this helped.

Yes that is the main Idea is to isolate the signal. This would work because instead of some of the signal going past the antenna or USB it gets traped inside the foil and send the signal to the antenna. I hope this put some clarity on my idea.

So I'm assuming your referring to built in wireless internet. So really the only thing you could do is get a USB key for your computer, move it closer to your router, or try going to your nearest hardware store and buying some ethernet cord. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Yes that could work, you would have to experiment with it, and yes a USB key should work.

Keep in mind this is only for wireless internet. The USB I refer to is a USB stick witch is a optional internet transmiter. Some USB sticks are for wireless internet, and if you don't have one don't worry about it. Just stick with the intena and you'll be fine.

Ok, you just get a piece of cardboard and tinfoil. Then you take the tinfoil and rap it around the cardboard. Fold the cardboard into a satellite type shape. Take your internet intena or USB stick and put it through the cardboard. Plug it back into your computer then that's it.

As long as the tape isn't covering the tinfoil you'd be fine. Just tape the back.

Well that almost sounds like it would work. You would just need to leave and opening in the direction in which the signal needs to go. So pretty much you'd be isolating the signal. Hope this helped.

Well considering the PS3 has built in WIFI there is nothing I can do. Your only choice is to either get a better internet provider, move your PS3 closer to your router for better connection, or get a long ethernet cord making the connection direct. Sorry, but that's all I can do.
