Edwin is different in style than Lucas and that just shows that, like straight people, there are a lot of different kind of gay men.

In the winter, I saw two things I had never seen before: scarves and snow. I made sure that men wore them before I bought one for myself. If it is common for men to wear a scarf in Europe as a fashion statement, even in warm weather, why is it that none of the other male characters ever wear one? Olli is the only one, and I smell a stereotype.

The first time I saw anyone wear a scarf in my life, I was 21 years old. It was in Germany and it was snowing. It's possible someone somewhere wears a scarf indoors and outdoors when it's too hot to wear one, but it wouldn't be as common in reality as it is in European soaps. If it is common for men to wear a scarf in Europe as a fashion statement, even in warm weather, why is it that none of the other male characters ever wear one? @lbmota1 Over a period of six decades, I have never seen it. Not in US, not in Germany, not in Italy, and not in Austria. Ever. The first time I saw anyone wear a scarf in my life, I was 21 years old. It was in Germany and it was snowing. It's possible someone somewhere wears a scarf indoors and outdoors when it's too hot to wear one, but it wouldn't be as common in reality as it is in European soaps. It's like wearing a sign saying, "call me a faggot and beat me up."

@Hugmup In my country (Portugal), we use scarfs to keep us warm or as a fashion adornment. And we hardly have temperatures below 5ºC! I'm a straight woman and I were them in cold or hot weather. Men also were them, all the time, and no one would take a guess about their sexual orientation. Things are different in different countries, that's all.
