I hope you are not alone doing this, because breath holding while holding a ladder or a wall is one thing, but be carefull with breath holding while floating : if you loose your strenght while going too far, you will simply not be able to turn around or reach the surface and breath, which have deadly consequences if you are alone.
@grgphotography thanks for the concern, I never practice without someone who is with me, professionally trained, and CPR certified. <3 In fact, I never even go swimming alone even at the pool. Paranoid! hehe
I knwo it's hard...but try to relax that tight feeling your chest gets when you feel like you gotta breath or you'll die. you won't. try looking up david blaine for inspiration.
@laurag333 I can do it for longer out of the water, but the chlorine in the pool keeps causing allergic reactions :( Im going to try again in fresh water :)
Awsome have you thought of underwater modeling because you would be perfect as a underwater mermaid!

U should try again I bet u can do the 2 minutes maybe if u try holding the ladder istead of floating it would be easier.
