Have to say I get VERY annoyed with these ads that sound sooooo great, and you go through all the rigmarol and THEN find out the offer is only valid in North America (as she said - glad I checked this review first!).

All dell laptops are known to to have DPC latency issues, If you don't know what that is it is a processing issue which causes the audio to constantly lock up and makes your sound practically un-usealble. If you want proof simply google search dell DPC latency problems, the threads on these problems are literally 100's of pages long. It IS a major issue and I would suggest looking elsware.

Additionally there are a few offers such as free trials that do require credit card; you should check their terms of the offer before signing up.
